GREENPOINT 3 Family BroWNSTONE
A Greenpoint brownstone built in 1898 was passed down to a new family member that desired to perform a gut-renovation to upgrade all infrastructure and services of the three family. During the planning phase we decided to adjust the layout of the floor plates in order to achieve an apartment more suitable for current market rentable trends.
The existing structure needed some repair, and the entire interior was to be gutted. New lighting, flooring, architectural woodwork, new kitchen and bathroom for each apartment is creating a beautiful juxtaposition between contemporary spatial materials and the fabric of the existing structure.
